So we have a pretty easy return process. If there’s anything you don’t like we’re happy to return/replace/refund as required within 7 days of receiving the products.

Manufacturing Warranty

A warranty that covers the pikler series, curvy board series and mud kitchen - this lasts for a year!

Accidental Damage Policy

This is where we’re happy to repair your toys (at either no, or very nominal costs) if you can send them across to our workshop
