2. In case of exposure to the outdoors, rain etc - don’t worry, the wood is water resistant
and can be taken inside and dried up.

Prolonged exposure is not advisable

1. Wooden toys can be wiped with a damp cloth followed by a dry one

2. it’s important to thoroughly dry the toys after cleaning

3. For marks, use a mild detergent in water to spot clean, followed by a damp cloth and then a dry cloth.

4. Toys that are used frequently by mouthing babies can be cleaned more frequently, after every usage to prevent spreading of germs

1. While everyday cleaning is crucial for maintaining the surface and usability of wooden toys, deep cleaning is essential for prolonging their life.

2. A deep cleaning “magic sponge” can be used for stubborn stains (shoe marks etc).

3. Annual buffing with wood wax (comprising beeswax and wood oil) is recommended for retention of sheen.

Fabric components can be dry cleaned and steam ironed

The wax needs to be applied on the wood, left for 10 minutes, and then wiped off using aclean white cotton cloth, in the direction of the wood grain. It should be wiped well until itsdry to the touch and non sticky.
