Start with low-height positions and level up to the wall mounted position as your baby grows. There is no age limit to climbing as children start climbing before they even start walking!

Adult supervision is recommended up
till the age of3.

The Pikler MAX retires as a chair for adult usage.

The Pikler MAX itself is usable right away out of the box - you can set it up in the various positions by adjusting the knob mechanism.

The Wall Hook needs to be installed against the wall. It comes with all the hardware and detailed instructions, however you would need a carpenter or someone skilled with a drill machine to install it.

It has been strength-tested to withstand upto (and over!) 100 kgs

It’s made using sustainable, child safe materials - European Birch plywood, beech wood rungs, rubber knobs, and our proprietary steel and aluminium gear mechanism, and finished using child safe finishes.

Dimensions of each of the four segments are 29” in width (across the rungs), 27.5” in height and 3” in depth.

In mountain position on the ground, it is 44” in height (more if it’s a steeper, more adventurous mountain).

The Wall mounted position stands at 6’5” tall from the ground.

The Pikler MAX itself weighs 20 kgs - so is very stable and will not topple.

Store in a cool, dry and dust free, well ventilated environment.

Wooden toys can be wiped with a damp cloth followed by a dry one.
