Age Group & Usage
It can be used by babies as young as a few months (when they begin to pull themselves up), by setting it up in the zig zag position.
Keep adding on various attachments - the tent, hammock, slide with a reversible rock climbing face - for this to transform into many different toys as kids grow up.
You can use it in any of the many floor positions or hook it up against the wall hook attachment, for use against the wall whenever you like. Can also be used by adults for pull ups.
And the chair position works for any age group!
Switching between Floor and Wall Positions
The set is designed to be able to switch easily between the floor and wall positions.
Once the wall hook is up against the wall, the Pikler can simply be hooked up against it for use as a vertical ladder, or hooked off for use in any of the floor positions.
Adding attachments
The attachments can be used singly or in combination with each other. They’re designed to be easily attachable to the Pikler.

The Pikler MAX itself is usable right away out of the box - you can set it up in the various positions by adjusting the knob mechanism.
The Wall Hook needs to be installed against the wall, it comes with all the hardware and detailed instructions etc., however you would need a carpenter or someone skilled with a drill machine to install it.

It has been strength-tested to withstand upto (and over!) 100 kgs.
It’s made using sustainable, child safe materials - European Birch plywood, beech wood rungs, rubber knobs, and our proprietary steel and aluminium gear mechanism, and finished using child safe finishes.
Dimensions of each of the four segments are 29” in width (across the rungs), 27.5” in height and 3” in depth.
At full height (in mountain position), it is 44” in height (more if it’s a steeper, more adventurous mountain).
It weighs 35 kgs (with all the attachments) - so is very stable and will not topple.
The Wall mounted position stands at 6’ 5” tall from the ground.

Store in a cool, dry and dust free, well ventilated environment.
Wooden toys can be wiped with a damp cloth followed by a dry one.
